There is no competition in love
It is simply priceless and unconditional
If it must be love, it must be undeserved
So as regards my path graciously crossed with yours
I don’t deserve to have you
Neither are you deserved to have me
I am simply privileged to have you
So are you privileged to have me
We both really don’t deserve to have each other
We are both priceless gifts to one another
Since our source is God, then we are too priceless to have
Too priceless for the limited price of human morality
I will treat you as such until you realize same about me
We are all unmerited & priceless gifts from God to one another
Our flight into/out of this short journey call life is short & eternal
Short in this soon-ending world
but eternal in the new Earth to come
I had better love you now
not because you are loveable or deserve it
I had better forgive you now
not because you ask for or deserve it
I had better shares my earthly goods now
not because I expect anything in returns
‘cos soon as I am lowered, nothing I have now is really mine
I had better cherish those precious times and moments now
‘Cos the flight to the land of eternity might come too soon
And I will die regretting why I was so blind to “Priceless You”
Yes! You! – You are priceless you I’m writing about!
Wait a minute! what was the motivating factor
that made Jesus kiss death on the cross?
Was it the betrayal of Judas?
The rejection of the run-away disciples at His arrest?
The scattering and absolute abandonment by the 4,000 and 5,000 He fed by miracle bread and fishes?
Probably some of the thousands He fed
was even part of the “Crucify Him!!!” voices?
Or was it the three-time denial of Him by Peter?
Or the wretched and sinful life of us all
that qualified humanity for His love?
What was actually the “CREDENTIAL OF HUMANITY” that won Jesus love for dying for us all?
NONE! NONE!! NONE!!!
Nothing at all qualified us for the awesome love of God
It is simply an UNCONDITIONAL LOVE of God demonstrated on the Cross for humanity – The Lost Bride Of God!
As it takes the FREED to set FREE, so does it take those who had tasted the unconditional love of God to give same to men!
No man can give what he/she never has
To those who by the privilege of grace, tasted the love of God
Freely have we received the unconditional love of God, freely must we all give it to men without any forms of demands and conditions
The very best way to give this is to be the vessel through which others will see the glorious light of eternity – LET YOUR LIFE REVEAL WHO JESUS IS TO THAT PRICELESS NEIGHBOR OF YOURS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!
